How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Here are the estimated delivery times for all shipments:

  • Order deadline:  5:00 PM (GMT +01:00) Berlin. Orders received after this time will be processed on the 2 to 4 business day – this may delay delivery by one day.
  • Processing time:  2 to 4 business days (Monday to Friday). Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped with one of our reliable shipping partners.
  • Delivery time:  5–8 working days (Monday to Friday).

Can I track my order?

Yes, after shipment you will receive an email with a tracking number or you can use your order number and email address, which you can use to track your order online. This tracking number can be used to track the delivery status here .

What are the shipping costs?

How can I return an item?
